To enhance and/or expand the use of limited financial and human resources to provide better customer service in the area of information technology.

To expand the use of instructional technologies to extend and improve learning opportunities, as dictated by rapid advances in technology.

To consolidate infrastructure, telecommunications and networks for planning and efficient utilization of resources within and among the different campuses.

To establish centralized user support services to better serve customers.

To provide continuous enhancements to administrative enterprise resource projects and business processes to provide a higher level of customer services for students, staff and faculty.

To develop a campus-wide IT security plan that is in compliance with federal, state, and System laws and regulations and in support of the institution’s operational goals.
